You will be supported by expert coaches who will demonstrate the correct technique and guide you on when to increase your lifting weights! If you have any niggly injuries, we can easily substitute any exercises that may aggravate the injury.
Now if you’re sitting there thinking, “I wouldn’t even know what to do in the gym”! Then this seriously is the place for you. We go right back to the basics when people start out, ensuring you can smash the fundamental movements, before we progress you through our programme.
Best of all, you will be supported by a phenomenal community of members, with lots of opportunity for social events and challenges – we really do care about everyone who steps through our door!
NUTRITION.
Nutrition is a sticky wicket for a large number of people, therefore we take all stresses and burdens of nutrition and make it as pain free as we possibly can!
With easy to follow, calorie calculated recipes provided you can’t go wrong – unless your speciality is beans on toast! We create all our own recipes, so you know you’re getting authentic, tried by us first dishes – rather than recipes that have just been copied, pasted, rebranded and sent out to you. We put in the hard work!
Education and coaching is how we all develop! Therefore, we will give you all the nutritional education you will ever need, so you can change your life, FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
